1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Alpha GTM revenue habit tracker (the "Service") operated by Enterprise Diagnostics ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides a real-time revenue scoreboard that tracks ARR, MRR, NRR, and GRR, along with customer and new logo management tools. The Service is designed for growth-stage recurring revenue businesses to monitor and improve their revenue metrics.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your information current. One admin per customer may invite additional team members to access the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload data you do not have the right to share, to attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the customer and revenue data you enter or import. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide the Service to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterprise Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
